    - 30 days or more prior the arrival dates:  no charge
    - 29 to 10 days prior to arrival date: charge of 30% of  the total value.
    - 09 to 04 days prior to arrival date: charge of 50% of the total value.
    - 03 to 00 days prior to arrival date: charge of 100% of the total value.
