CONDITIONS: In order to take
advantage of these very low rates prepayment via your credit card will
be required. Our standard program at standard rates does not require prepayment
nor the conditions of this program.

- Special Value Prepaid discount reservations must be requested at
least 5 days prior to your arrival.
- These rates are only available at specified hotels and for stays
of 2 or more days.
- Cancellations up to 72* hours before your arrival and made after
your reservation is reconfirmed to you and your credit card has been charged,
will be charged a fee of $25. Cancellations less than 72 hours will forfeit
the entire prepayment amount.
BOOKING:After you enter the information
requested on our reservation form or through our reservation center you
will receive an email confirmation of availability and rate. If you prefer
to make your reservation direct or would like more information please call
toll free from the USA 1-800-811-8829, from other countries call 1 ( 305
) 388-6400 or Fax 1 ( 305 ) 388-2471. We are open 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM East
Coast Time, from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday.
When you receive this email confirmation you will be asked to approve
the specific amount to be charged to you credit card. Should you approve
this charge then your card will be charged that amount and a voucher will
emailed or faxed to you.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations less
than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival, or no shows will forfeit the
prepayment. Cancellations more than 72 hours will be charged a $25 processing
fee. In the case of a refund under the conditions above your credit card
will be credited your prepayment less the $25 charge within 5 business
days.

to provide these services. It does not control these firms and cannot be
responsible for their acts or omissions. It cannot assume any liability
of injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, inconvenience or any regularity
which may be occasioned by reason of defect of any vehicle or through the
acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or in carrying
out arrangements of the tours for acts of vandalism, mechanical breakdowns,
strikes, war, government actions, weather, or act of God or any other factors
contributing to additional expense arising out of delays, changes, of schedule
or other causes. The acceptance of tickets and/or vouchers shall be deemed
as consent to the above conditions.
