    Reservation and cancellations:
  • 30% of the value of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation
  • The balance is due 30 days before arrival
  • Changes will be subject to hotel approval and must be requested no less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation penalties: 30 to 60 days prior to arrival $20 US per person, 10-29 days 30% of deposit, 0 to 9 days 100% of total reservation value.
